Renovation To Be Completed Mid August
SimonGlover Inc., American Business Bank and Howard Building Corp. join forces to renovate the existing 9th and newly occupied partial 8th floors at the Pacific Center formerly known as the Pacific Mutual Building, 523 W 6th Street, to be completed August 2009.
American Business Bank Corporate Headquarters occupies two floors in the Pacific Center in downtown Los Angeles. The Renovated space, 25,000 square feet, on the 9th floor includes common area upgrades and well. The new space, 4,000 square feet, on the 8th floor includes a state of the art executive board room and open office space.
"The contractor Howard Building Corp. was able to complete the 9th floor renovation on phased weekends and off hours without disturbing American Business Bank's regular work schedule," said Brian Glover, partner of SimonGlover Inc.
