Shoes!

New facility for local footwear designer - completed!

SimonGlover Inc., completed the PSDI USA (Philip Simon Development USA, Inc), a footwear company, headquarters and warehouse facility in Vernon, Calif.
PSDI USA is a shoe design company that produces a variety of brands from Ed Hardy to US Army. Do to the nature of the business; SimonGlover Inc. was able to design with great variety of colors and graphics. As a fast growing company, their existing space was a cobbled together mish mash of old office space. The new building presented an opportunity to create a cohesive design based on use, adjacencies and work flow. This led to a main street type plan with different departments having storefronts on the street.

The new facility in Vernon, Calif. house 11,000SF of design and corporate headquarters space and 60,000SF of warehouse and distribution space. Project had to also include a 1,200SF product showroom.

Renderings vs. Photos

American Business Bank is finished and photographed. Here is the final photo and the original rendering we did for the client.  I think we hit our original plan right on the head.

Can you tell which one is which?
