2825 Santa Fe Ave. - A 150,000SF warehouse/manufacturing building renovation, which included removing the existing roof and 80% of the existing exterior and reconfiguring the building to meet current zoning and building codes. The client is IDS Real Estate Group. And the building will be completed in September 2008.
JC Sales - A 55,000SF warehouse building that includes 10,000SF of showroom and 10,000SF of office space. The project is expected to be completed in November 2008.
Rich and Skinny Jeans - A 10,000SF buildout of design, office and warehouse space in a new 25,000SF building. The project will be completed in September 2008.
Gorilla Automotive - A 5,000SF buildout of office space and 25,000SF warehouse space in a new building. The project will be completed in August 2008.
TELACU - We are working with TELACU on the renovation of the exteriors of three industrial buildings in Commerce ranging in size from 150,000SF to 250,000SF. The project also includes various office tenant improvement renovations.
BCBG MAXAZRIA - The project consists of 65,000SF of design and office space for a garment manufacturer in existing warehouse buildings. Construction is expected to start in October 2008 and continue for 4 - 6 months.
True Religion Jeans - We are currently working on finishing the drawings on our 26th retail store for True Religion Jeans. We anticipate completing 4 - 5 more stores by the end of 2008.
United States Postal Service - We are currently working on completing the drawings for our third Post Office building. We are part of a design/build team working for a contractor for these projects.
Tenant Improvement - We also have a variety of tenant improvement projects in the 500SF to 10,000SF range for various clients including TELACU, Cushman & Wakefield, LBA Realty, IDS, Boys and Girls Clubs.
